¿Qué harás en esta posición?
Asegurar la prestación efectiva de servicios de soporte técnico conforme a los acuerdos de nivel de servicio (SLA) establecidos.Facilitar la comunicación y colaboración entre los equipos de soporte en distintos países para mantener la calidad operativa.Implementar estrategias de mejora continua y optimización de la eficiencia en el soporte técnico.Administrar los recursos técnicos y humanos necesarios para garantizar el funcionamiento óptimo de los sistemas.¿Qué deberías tener previamente?
Título en Ingeniería de Sistemas, Electrónica, o campos relacionados, con estudios avanzados en gestión o administración.Más de 10 años de experiencia en soporte técnico, incluyendo al menos 3 años en roles de liderazgo.
Inglés avanzado (B2 Mínimo)Amplio conocimiento en tecnologías de la información, como bases de datos y sistemas operativos.
Capacidad para gestionar múltiples proyectos y liderar equipos en un ambiente multicultural.
