The Position

La Oportunidad

En el rol de Evidence Generation Partner, serás responsable de generar evidencia epidemiológica de vida real alineada con las estrategias médicas locales y apoyar el desarrollo de la investigación clínica observacional a través del trabajo colaborativo.

Responsabilidades clave:

  • Analizar las brechas de información local, priorizar y seguir el plan integrado de evidencia, proponer soluciones para la obtención y análisis de la información.

  • Identificar y analizar brechas de información local relacionadas con las áreas terapéuticas de la compañía, trabajando en estrecha colaboración con los miembros de dichas áreas.

  • Enfocarse en la ruta apropiada a través de la cual se desarrollarán los proyectos de generación de evidencia, ya sea vía IIS, NIS, estudios colaborativos, entre otros.

  • Desarrollar y ejecutar el plan de estudios de evidencia de vida real local, incluyendo su diseño, análisis, desarrollo de protocolos y publicación, enlazando metodologías de RWE y selección de fuentes de datos.

  • Seleccionar y gestionar el seguimiento adecuado de los proveedores para garantizar la calidad de la evidencia y el cumplimiento del cronograma de trabajo.

  • Generar evidencia de eficacia y seguridad para el dossier de valor de las moléculas de Roche, con el fin de apoyar el proceso de aprobación regulatoria y evaluación de nuevas tecnologías en salud en el país.

  • Comunicar la interpretación del análisis de resultados de los estudios no intervencionales interna y externamente.

  • Brindar soporte a los equipos de política pública, acceso, comunicaciones y equipos implementadores de campo para comunicar la evidencia.

Tu perfil:

  • Profesional: MSc en epidemiología, economía de la salud o campo igualmente relevante

  • Conocimientos en la aplicación de métodos de investigación observacional para generar evidencia de vida real (RWE) y desarrollo de Revisiones Sistemáticas de la Literatura.

  • Comprensión del sistema de salud y sus principales actores.

Tu experiencia:

  • Al menos 2 años de experiencia o conocimientos profundos en investigación de resultados en salud, epidemiología y Evaluación de Tecnologías en Salud (ETES).

  • Experiencia altamente deseable en gestión de proyectos.

  • Inglés hablado y escrito con fluidez (mínimo nivel B2).

  • Idealmente, experiencia laboral previa en la industria farmacéutica.
