Nuestro cliente, una empresa de tecnología dedicada a impulsar y habilitar el comercio digital en toda Latinoamérica está en la búsqueda de un Controller Financiero, serás pieza clave en el fortalecimiento de las operaciones financieras, asegurando que se establezcan procesos y controles sólidos para la elaboración de informes, contabilidad y cumplimiento normativo. Este es el momento perfecto para unirse a una organización que está redefiniendo el comercio digital en la región. ¿Tu rol?
Liderar y desarrollar un equipo financiero de alto rendimiento, asegurando la implementación de procesos robustos de control y reportes financieros. Deberás garantizar el cumplimiento de normativas regulatorias y contables (NIIF, IFRS), en especial en un entorno bancario. Además, serás clave en la preparación financiera de la empresa para un IPO, estableciendo altos estándares de control financiero. ¿Qué Harás en Esta Posición?
  • Preparación y Gestión de Estados Financieros: Supervisarás la preparación precisa y oportuna de los estados financieros, incluyendo el estado de resultados, balance general y flujo de caja, cumpliendo con las normativas contables aplicables. Consolidarás reportes y optimizarás el uso del ERP.
  • Cumplimiento Regulatorio y Auditorías: Asegurarás la estricta adherencia a las normativas bancarias y coordinarás auditorías internas y externas, abordando hallazgos de auditoría de manera oportuna.
  • Control Interno y Gestión de Riesgos: Desarrollarás y reforzarás controles internos sólidos para proteger los activos de la empresa y garantizar la precisión de los registros financieros. Identificarás riesgos financieros e implementarás estrategias para mitigarlos.
  • Monitoreo de Flujo de Caja y Gestión de Capital de Trabajo: Monitorizarás y gestionarás el flujo de caja de la empresa para asegurar la liquidez suficiente y optimizarás el capital de trabajo mediante la gestión efectiva de cuentas por cobrar y pagar.
  • Liderazgo de Equipo: Liderarás y desarrollarás al equipo financiero, fomentando una cultura de mejora continua, crecimiento profesional y cumplimiento de altos estándares en la presentación de informes financieros
¿Qué Deberías Tener Previamente?
  • El candidato ideal debe tener experiencia en roles de auditoría o contabilidad dentro de alguna de las Big 4 (Deloitte, KPMG, EY, PWC) y haber evolucionado hacia un rol de Controller. Es un plus si ha trabajado previamente en startups. Se busca una persona con un historial estable, capaz de manejar operaciones financieras complejas y cumplir con los más altos estándares.
  • Nivel avanzado de inglés.
  • Experiencia en Preparación de Estados Financieros: Más de 7 años de experiencia en la preparación de estados financieros en entornos altamente regulados, con un sólido conocimiento en NIIF e IFRS.
  • Monitoreo de Flujo de Caja y Capital de Trabajo: Experiencia sólida en la gestión de flujo de caja y capital de trabajo, idealmente en un entorno bancario.
  • Expertise en Control Interno y Gestión de Riesgos: Demostrada experiencia en el desarrollo y aplicación de controles internos que mitiguen riesgos financieros, asegurando el cumplimiento normativo.
  • Sistemas Financieros y Automatización: Experiencia en la implementación o optimización de sistemas financieros que mejoren la eficiencia operativa y aceleren los procesos de cierre mensual.
  • Preparación para IPO: Experiencia en el diseño e implementación de controles internos robustos, cumplimiento SOX, y preparación de sistemas financieros para informes públicos durante la fase de IPO.
Competencias Deseadas:
  • Conocimiento de Normativas Bancarias: Idealmente, experiencia en cumplimiento de regulaciones bancarias y en la preparación para la obtención de una licencia bancaria.
  • Experiencia en IPO/M&A: Valorable experiencia en procesos de IPO o fusiones y adquisiciones, así como en la integración financiera durante estos eventos.
  • Experiencia en Estructuración Fiscal: Experiencia en desarrollar e implementar estrategias fiscales que minimicen la carga impositiva cumpliendo con normativas locales e internacionales.
