Job Title: Controller

Red Bull is seeking a highly skilled Controller to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial data, as well as providing strategic financial guidance to support business growth.

Responsibilities:
  • Ensure full compliance with Group Controlling guidelines and design system setups to mirror organizational responsibilities.
  • Timely distribute financial information to budget holders, promoting efficiency in Controlling and minimizing report generation time.
  • Support the establishment of a true bottom-up planning process and develop a local planning calendar based on the group planning timetable.
  • Contribute to high forecasting accuracy of business plans, revised estimates, and long-term forecasts.
  • Measure and review the cost/benefit ratio of proposed activities and build solid relationships with budget holders based on mutual respect and trust.
  • Act as a facilitator to achieve objectives, highlight risks and opportunities, and provide financial simulations and business cases for new projects.
  • Manage fact and knowledge-based information, spreading and exchanging it with stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven experience in financial planning, analysis, and control, with a strong understanding of financial systems and processes.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively in a multinational environment.
