We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Agent to provide exceptional support to clients of a prestigious luxury brand.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide personalized support to customers, ensuring a seamless and satisfying experience.
- Effectively resolve customer queries and manage requests through various channels.
- Retain customers through tailored solutions and needs-oriented service.
- Identify sales opportunities and recommend additional luxury products to enhance customer value.
- Minimum 6 months of experience in customer service roles.
- Proficiency in English language, B2+ - C1 level.
- Commercial competencies, including the ability to identify sales opportunities and recommend additional products.
- Permanent contract.
- Hiring bonus.
