Role Name: Social Media Manager

 

Schedule:

  • 20 hours per week
  • Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM
  • Client Time Zone: London, UK time

Job Description

As our Social Media Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of our digital presence, crafting compelling narratives that bridge the gap between cutting-edge health information and our global audience. You’ll harness the power of AI-driven tools to create and distribute content that educates, inspires, and engages viewers across YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn. This role offers a unique blend of creativity and health education, allowing you to make a real impact on people’s lives while working with a dynamic, international team.

 

Responsibilities

  • Spearhead growth strategies for multiple social media channels, including YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn
  • Create and publish one engaging, long-form content piece for YouTube on a weekly basis
  • Produce and cross-post 4-5 captivating reels weekly across various social media platforms
  • Utilize AI-based tools to transform long-form content into bite-sized, shareable formats
  • Design eye-catching graphics and banners for social media campaigns
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media content strategy
  • Stay ahead of social media trends, adjusting strategies to maximize engagement and reach
  • Collaborate with team members across different time zones to ensure cohesive messaging

 

Requirements

  • Proven track record in managing multiple social media platforms for a brand or organization
  • Proficiency in graphic design, with a focus on creating impactful social media assets
  • Experience in video editing and a knack for creating viral short-form content (reels)
  • Excellent command of English, both written and verbal
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Creative mindset with a passion for innovative content creation
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a remote team
  • Interest in health and wellbeing topics, particularly as they relate to the Indian community
  • Familiarity with AI-based content creation tools is a plus
  • Flexibility to adapt to a part-time schedule, working 20 hours per week during UK business hours
