¿CUÁLES SERÁN TUS PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILIDADES?

1. Liderar el equipo de representantes comerciales responsables, por los distribuidores no controlados a cargo, para el canal tradicional
2. Responsable por lograr el crecimiento en ventas y distribución numérica, en los distribuidores no controlados para el canal tradicional, a través de los diferentes planes comerciales de cada una de las 4 unidades de negocio
3. Gestionar relaciones comerciales rentables y sostenibles con los distribuidores no controlados 
4. Planear y ejecutar la estrategia comercial correcta para el canal distributivo no controlado
5. Garantizar tener una cartera corriente y bajo los lineamientos de compañía para cada uno de los distribuidores a cargo.

LO QUE NECESITARÁS PARA TENER ÉXITO

Experiencias & Calificaciones

Profesionales en carreras de ingeniería (industrial principalmente), administración de empresas, afines. Experiencia de +5años en el área comercial para el canal tradicional en diferentes regiones de Colombia. Manejo de distribuidores no controlados. Experiencia liderando equipos comerciales de bajo-medio nivel y en diferentes ciudades del país
