Position Overview:

We are seeking a strategic and data-driven individual to join our team as a Marketing Project Manager. In this role, you will work closely with the Marketing Director and senior management to oversee and execute marketing projects across multiple channels. Your primary focus will be on data reporting and analytics, ensuring that our marketing strategies are driven by insights and measurable results. Secondary skills in social media, design, and marketing writing are essential. Experience with AI-based tools and a keen interest in emerging technologies are major advantages.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Project Management:

  • Lead and manage marketing projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.
  • Coordinate with various departments to gather requirements, set objectives, and track progress.
  • Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets.

Data Reporting and Analytics:

  • Track and analyze key performance metrics (e.g., ROI, conversion rates, customer acquisition costs) using analytics tools.
  • Prepare detailed reports and dashboards summarizing campaign performance, insights, and recommendations for optimization.
  • Identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement based on data analysis and market research.

Social Media and Content Creation:

  • Assist in the development and execution of social media marketing strategies across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn).
  • Create engaging content, including text, images, and videos, to promote brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads.
  • Monitor social media channels, engage with followers, and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner.

Design and Marketing Writing:

  • Generate creative ideas and produce high-quality content for social media posts, blog articles, newsletters, and other digital channels.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather content ideas, conduct research, and ensure content alignment with brand messaging and objectives.
  • Assist in the creation of visually appealing marketing materials.

AI Tools and Technology:

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest AI-based tools and software that can enhance marketing efficiency.
  • Implement and utilize AI tools to improve campaign performance and streamline marketing processes.
  • Share insights and best practices with the team on using new technologies.

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Work closely with the marketing team and other departments to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners to coordinate marketing activities and ensure brand consistency.

Qualifications:

  • Preferred degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Strong background in marketing project management and data analytics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail and grammar.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms, analytics tools, and AI-based software.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience in social media management, content creation, or marketing is a plus.
