Descripción del empleo

En Publicis Groupe / Performics Bogotá estamos en la búsqueda de un Project Manager con 4 - 5 años de experiencia en el rol y en la gestión de proyectos publicitarios dentro del sector publicitario. Buscamos una persona con habilidades demostrables en el uso de Meta for Business, TikTok for Business y Google Ads para la ejecución de campañas publicitarias.

El candidato ideal para este puesto será un Project Manager creativo y técnicamente competente, capaz de liderar y gestionar campañas digitales de principio a fin, asegurando el cumplimiento de los objetivos del proyecto dentro de los plazos y presupuestos establecidos. Este rol requiere un equilibrio entre habilidades de gestión de proyectos, creatividad y relacionamiento directo con el cliente.

Indispensable nivel de ingles avanzado C1 

Responsabilidades:

Liderar y gestionar campañas de publicidad digital, colaborando con equipos creativos, de planificación, de contenido y de análisis para desarrollar estrategias publicitarias innovadoras. Utilizar feed dinámico DCO para optimizar campañas en plataformas como Meta for Business, TikTok for Business y Google Ads. Personalizar y optimizar creativos en tiempo real utilizando DCO para mejorar el rendimiento de las campañas. Realizar análisis de rendimiento de campañas y generar informes detallados para identificar áreas de mejora y oportunidades de optimización. Mantenerse actualizado con las últimas tendencias y mejores prácticas en publicidad digital y marketing. Revisar y apoyar el proceso de construcción, supervisando y garantizando la calidad del entregable final alineado con todos los equipos multifuncionales, y asegurando una comunicación efectiva y la entrega de proyectos de alta calidad.
