We are seeking our Regional Production Lead to join us in a vital and key leadership position, managing and continuously building on the client partnership, delivering on key campaign assets across multiple brands and countries.

The Regional Production Lead works together with regional clients and onsite teams that supports our clients across various brands delivering on their creative production needs.

This is a very demanding and ever-changing leadership role that will require the person to have strong experience in a similar role onsite, coordinating various teams, key internal and external stakeholders as well as clients. Critical knowledge of the creative and production processes (origination and adaptation), understanding key timings for inputs as well as being able to mitigate risks, solve problems and deliver on brand consistency by being aware and collaborating with regional teams is essential. As a Regional Production Lead, it will also be your responsibility to ensure overall client satisfaction in your region that delivers on the client revenue commitment.

Requisitos

10+ years experience in a client facing role and lead production process.  5+ years managing teams cross functional teams.  Ability to build and maintain key relationships with agencies, partnerships, clients and key stakeholders across complex, matrixed organizations is critical.  Critical work planning and time management skills required; must be able to prioritize multiple briefs/campaigns at the same time. English level – C1+
