Job Overview
Key Responsibilities:
A prominent global post-production and integrated creative content agency is in search of a seasoned Senior Production Manager to bolster the New York motion team. The ideal candidate will exhibit exceptional organizational skills, possess comprehensive experience across all production phases from Offline to Online, and demonstrate an ability to manage multiple tasks seamlessly. The Senior Production Manager will report directly to the Executive Producer based in New York.
Duties Include:
Overseeing daily production tasks for a diverse range of clients. Managing projects from offline editing through to online finishing and final delivery across various production formats. Ensuring meticulous management and oversight of all assigned projects to maintain quality standards. Handling daily production requests efficiently. Assisting in the creation and organization of materials to support the production team and client meetings, while collaborating with other departments to fulfill agency and client requirements. Coordinating the scheduling of freelancers for additional workload as necessary. Providing production support, conducting research, and managing organizational tasks and reporting. Managing bidding, scheduling, and invoicing for all projects. Cultivating relationships with other offices within the North and South American network, as well as external vendors. Overseeing the delivery of final assets to distribution partners. Performing additional duties as assigned.Work Environment & Expectations
This is a full-time position with a current hybrid work model. In-person office attendance is anticipated to resume as part of a hybrid workweek. Travel may be necessary to meet production demands. Overtime may be required to meet client project deadlines.Required Qualifications
Ideal candidates will possess:
5-7 years of experience in post-production. A bachelor's degree in film/media is preferred. A dynamic and creative personality with the ability to translate ideas into actionable outcomes. A passionate, driven, and proactive mindset, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and high-expectation environment. Strong prioritization skills and the capability to manage multiple tasks effectively. In-depth knowledge of video content production, including evaluating ideas, artists, costs, timelines, and the entire production process to final delivery. A solution-oriented approach, consistently providing clients with effective resolutions.-
