Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Production Designer to join our team at Publicis Groupe. As a Senior Production Designer, you will be responsible for creating visual experiences that drive business results. You will work closely with our strategy, UX, and copy teams to develop innovative solutions that meet our clients' needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design Development
    • Determine initial design concepts to final sign-off, involved in all phases of design development with a strong focus on execution.
  • Project Management
    • Work on several projects at a time under the direction of a design lead.
  • Deliverables
    • Work on a range of deliverables across the full suite of 360o digital marketing tactics including Websites, Landing Pages, and Social.
  • Technical Skills
    • Strong understanding of Sketch, Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Asset Creation
    • Responsible for asset creation, production, photo retouching, and enhancements.
  • Collaboration
    • Actively participate in brainstorms and other idea-generating team sessions.
    • Partner with team members to ensure projects meet objectives.
  • Communication
    • Present work to internal teams and clients.

Requirements

  • Education
    • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Digital Media Design, or Advertising/Portfolio School.
  • Experience
    • 4-6 years design experience, preferably in a digital agency.
  • Skills
    • Exceptional portfolio that includes digital design systems and conceptual thinking.
    • Expert command of standard design and layout applications (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite).
    • Experience concepting and creating social campaigns.
