Job Overview
Key Responsibilities:
A leading global post-production and integrated creative content agency is in search of a seasoned Senior Production Manager to enhance the New York motion team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills, extensive experience across all production phases from Offline to Online, and the ability to manage multiple tasks seamlessly. The Senior Production Manager will report directly to the Executive Producer in New York.
Duties Include:
Overseeing daily production tasks for a diverse clientele. Managing projects from offline editing to online finishing and final delivery across various production formats. Ensuring meticulous management and supervision of all assigned projects, guaranteeing quality assurance. Addressing daily inquiries within the production department. Assisting in the creation and organization of support materials for production teams and client meetings, collaborating with other departments to meet agency and client expectations. Coordinating the scheduling of freelancers for additional workload. Providing production support, conducting research, and managing organization and reporting tasks. Handling project bidding, scheduling, and invoicing. Building and maintaining relationships with other offices in the North and South American network, as well as external vendors. Overseeing the final asset delivery to trafficking partners. Performing additional duties as required.Work Environment & Expectations
This is a full-time position with a current hybrid work model. In-person office attendance is anticipated to resume as part of a hybrid workweek. Travel may be necessary for production-related tasks. Overtime may be required to meet client project deadlines.Qualifications:
Ideal candidates will have:
5-7 years of experience in post-production. A bachelor’s degree in film/media is preferred. A dynamic and creative personality with the ability to transform ideas into actionable plans. A passionate, driven, and proactive approach, thriving in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment. Strong prioritization skills with the capacity to manage multiple tasks effectively. In-depth knowledge of video content production, including evaluating ideas, artists, costs, timelines, and production to final delivery. A solution-oriented mindset, consistently providing clients with effective solutions.-
