Dentro de las principales funciones a realizar se encuentran:
Realizar la revisión y análisis de pedido a fábrica, con el objetivo de que lo solicitado sea lo que se requiere, en las cantidades correctas y tiempos adecuados Hacer seguimiento y dar soporte para la solución de casos críticos, a fin de garantizar la satisfacción del cliente. Monitorear coberturas de inventarios (MOS) para piezas de alta y media rotación, con el fin de evitar rupturas de inventario y comunicar riesgos con anticipación Revisar los atendimientos de pedidos, con el propósito de garantizar la disponibilidad de la mercancía en tiempo óptimos Optimizar y/o automatizar procesos en el área, con el fin de reducir la operatividad en el área y agregar valor desde los roles Analizar los indicadores del área, para así poder identificar oportunidades de mejora y mantener estándares de servicio Realizar todas aquellas funciones que sean requeridas por el jefe y que se encuentren dentro de su área de desempeñoHaremos Match si cumples con los siguientes Requisitos:
Formación profesional en Ingeniería Industrial, Ingeniería mecánica, y/o afines Entre entre 3 y 4 años de experiencia en áreas de planeación, monitoreando procesos logísticos, revisando el atendimiento de pedidos, analizando indicadores del área, o en cargos similares Conocimiento en Metodología HAY (excluyente). Dominio de Excel Avanzado (excluyente). Manejo de Power BI, Power BI, conocimiento de proceso S&OP (Sales & operation planning) y cadena de suministro. Inglés Intermedio.Información de la Vacante:
