About Us: Established in 2004 in Berlin, Germany, subtel GmbH is a prominent eCommerce enterprise focusing on spare parts and accessories for electronic and mobile devices. We proudly serve over 1 million customers each year across Europe under the well-regarded brand CELLONIC. Our office in Bogotá, Colombia, was inaugurated in 2022 to enhance our operations in Berlin.

What We Are Looking For: We seek candidates with a basic understanding of category management, a willingness to learn, and the capability to assist our Category Managers based in Berlin.

As a Junior Category Management Specialist, your key responsibilities will encompass:

  • Conducting Market and Competitive Research
  • Maintaining Product Data Integrity
  • Evaluating Sales Metrics
  • Documenting Inventory Insights
  • Proposing Enhancement Strategies
What We Require:
  • A degree in Business, Science, or a related discipline
  • 1-2 years of experience in category management, project oversight, or business development
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Familiarity with Project Management software (e.g., Asana) is advantageous
  • A solution-focused approach with excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Fluency in Advanced English (minimum B2 level); additional languages are a plus.
