About the role
The Growth Marketing Lead will be responsible for designing, executing, and optimizing strategies that drive customer and user acquisition, and engagement across multiple channels. This role requires a strategic, data-driven, creative thinker who is skilled in developing and executing campaigns that drive growth. The ideal candidate is someone with hands-on experience in managing growth programs, a strong understanding of digital marketing and analytics, and a mindset for continuous experimentation and improvement.
Responsibilities
Growth Marketing Strategy
- Partner with the product and business development teams to develop, implement and optimise growth marketing strategies, focusing on new customer and user acquisition, as well as activation.
- Identify new growth channels and opportunities, both paid and organic, and develop campaigns to reach our audience in the most efficient way.
Campaign Management
- Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel campaigns including paid search, social media, email, content marketing, and SEO.
- Work closely with product, business development and content teams to ensure alignment of growth efforts with the overall brand, business and product goals.
SEO and Content Growth
- Collaborate with content teams to drive SEO strategy, and content growth initiatives.
- Create and drive website and content opportunities to drive organic traffic and inbound lead generation.
Data Analysis
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance and KPIs, making data-driven decisions.
- Conduct A/B testing, cohort analysis, and other experiments to continuously optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
Requirements
- 5-10 years of B2B marketing, digital/ performance or growth marketing experience.
- Advanced knowledge of marketing automation.
- Proficient in digital marketing strategies and tools, including CRO, SEO, SEM, and email marketing.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills and experience using tools like Google Analytics, looker studio, supermetrics or other analytics platforms.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and deadlines.
- Previous experience in information services, SaaS or data businesses is preferred.
- Advanced degrees or growth marketing certifications are a plus.
