Principal Accountabilities


In addition to the following Epson's policies and procedures, principle accountabilities include, but are not limited to:

Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for market place and direct-to-consumer sales channels, alligned with overal business objectives. 

Manage relationships with key online market places and direct-to-consumer platform vendors to maximize visibility and sales. 

Collaborate closely with D2C vendor, marketing, sales and product teams to optimize product listings, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns across digital platforms.

Utilize data analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and identify opportunities for growth.

Implement and optimize CRM systems and e-commerce platforms to manage customer relationships, streamline sales processes, and enhance the online shopping experience.

Oversee digital advertising campaigns (e.g., paid, sponsored ads) on marketplace platforms to increase product visibility and drive traffic to product listings.

Monitor and report on key metrics such as conversion rates, ROI, and customer acquisition costs to measure the effectiveness of digital sales initiatives.

Requirements

Expertise in managing online marketplaces and direct-to-consumer e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, VTEX, Magento) 

Proficiency in using data analytics platforms (e.g. Google Analytics) to analyze sales data, track performance metrics, and derive actionable insights.

Experience in implementing and optimizing CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to manage customer interactions and automate sales processes.

Knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques, including SEO, SEM, and social media advertising, to drive traffic and optimize conversions on digital sales platforms.

Familiarity with e-commerce logistics, fulfillment, and inventory management practices to ensure seamless order processing and customer satisfaction.
