ABOUT THE ROLE
We are on the hunt for a CRM Implementation Specialist to spearhead the implementation process of our Pipeline Management Service. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in assessing our clients' current CRM systems, redesigning pipeline stages, establishing playbooks, and implementing automation, workflows, and reports.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Evaluate and assess clients' existing CRM setups.
- Redefine and design pipeline stages to align with efficient sales processes.
- Create and implement playbooks for optimized CRM usage.
- Develop and implement automation and workflows within CRMs.
- Drive reporting automation to deliver insights efficiently.
- Collaborate with internal teams to constantly improve the Pipeline Management Service offering.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven experience in CRM implementation, especially with HubSpot and Salesforce.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and pipeline management.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly.
- Problem-solving mindset with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
