**ACCOUNTING SPECIALIST**

**TU OBJETIVO SERÁ**:
Apoyar de manera eficiente y oportuna la gestión operativa y análitica del proceso contable (RTR-Record to report), con el fin de garantizar la integridad y exactitud de las cifras contenidas en los estados financieros conforme a las normas aplicables en Colombia, las políticas contables corporativas y controles internos asociados.

**TUS PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILIDADES**:

- Revisar y analizar las conciliaciones de cuentas contables elaboradas por GSC y hacer seguimiento sobre partidas antiguas y su regularización, conforme a las cuentas asignadas e instrucciones impartidas por el RTR Team Leader.
- Preparar el MMR ( Monthly Management Report) del DOE (Direct Operating Expenses) que incluye el análisis de variaciones del mes actual vs. mes anterior, Vs previo año y desviaciones vs. Budget.
- Ejecutar y gestionar los controles ICON de RTR establecidos a nível Global y aplicables para DGF CO conforme a las instrucciones impartidas por el RTR Team Leader acorde lineamientos regionales y corporativos.
- Elaborar revisiones analíticas de Balance y explicar las variaciones significativas.
- Llevar el registro y control mensual de las provisiones (reclamaciones, litigios, nómina y otras).
- Realizar y apoyar proceso facturación Intercompany-DOE.
- Garantizar los cargues a Crest (ERP Reporte Estrategico) de todos los datos y notas correctamente.
- Apoyo en la preparación de los estados financieros locales de acuerdo con las normas Colombianas y las políticas contables corporativas de DP conforme a las instrucciones impartidas por el RTR Team Leader.
- Elaboración y transmisión de reportes periódicos al DANE.
- Elaboración y transmisión de reportes financieros anuales a la Superintendencia de Sociedades y demas entes de control.
- Mantener y Reportar nuevas cuentas-terceros al proceso de Master Data acorde a los lineamientos

**EXPERIENCIA, FORMACIÓN COMPETENCIAS REQUERIDAS**
- Profesional, Tecnólogo, Técnico en Comercio Exterior o carreras afines.
- Experiência Mínima de 3 años en contabilidad
- Conocimientos básicos de IFRS (NIIF) preferiblemente con Diplomado.
- Conocimientos en elaboración de estados financieros y notas.
- Buen manejo de conciliaciones y análisis de cuentas de los estados financieros.
- Manejo de Excel
- Manejo de Office
- Inglés básico intermedio
