Hoy nuestra Gerencia de Automotive se encuentra en la búsqueda de su próximo/aCOMMERCIAL LEAD quien tendrá la misión Lograr una ejecución integral de la estrategia comercial y táctica de la marca en los concesionarios a cargo buscando el cumplimiento de los objetivos de venta, NPS, financiamiento, rotación de inventario y rentabilidad.
Dentro de las principales funciones a realizar se encuentran:
Desarrollar y ejecutar comercialmente la estrategia de la marca en la red de concesionarios a cargo con el fin de generar un posicionamiento adecuado de la marca en las regiones.
Velar y garantizar la excelencia comercial de su red de concesionarios para buscar la satisfacción de los clientes actuales y potenciales.
Ser el canal de comunicación directo entre la red de concesionarios e Inchcape garantizando así la fluidez de todo lo relacionado con el proceso comercial de la marca en Colombia.
Garantizar el cumplimiento de las metas propuesta en los concesionarios a cargo con el fin de cumplir los objetivos trazados por la marca.
Hacer seguimiento de la productividad de los equipos comerciales de la red a cargo para garantizar eficiencia y marginalidad en las ventas.
Hacer seguimiento de los indicadores de medición de la red de concesionarios a cargo buscando la mejora continua de los mismos.
Acompañar a la red de concesionarios a cargo en la ejecución y participación de eventos de marca o sectoriales, para apoyar la dinámica comercial y cumplimiento de estándares y objetivos establecidos.
Participar activamente en la construcción del plan de actividades comerciales y de mercadeo mensual de la red de concesionarios a cargo, buscando mantener una cobertura de acciones adecuada en los diversos canales de venta.
Haremos Match si cumples con los siguientes Requisitos:
Educación: profesional en ingeniería industrial, mercadeo, administración de empresas o afines.
Experiencia: Experiencia de 5 años liderando equipos comerciales, idealmente en el sector automotriz de vehículos nuevos; experticia en la planificación estratégica de ventas y habilidad para ejecutar lo programado.
Conocimientos específicos: excelente relacionamiento y capacidad para el manejo de objeciones, alta capacidad de análisis de datos, conocimientos básicos de marketing. Enfoque a la consecución de resultados. Importante contar con disposición para trabajar con equipos multidisciplinarios. Manejo de excel avanzado u otras herramientas de análisis de datos (por ejemplo, Power BI). Disponibilidad eventualmente para atender eventos de marca los FDS.
