We are seeking a highly skilled Field Marketing Analyst to lead our Natuchips team in Mexico. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for developing and executing brand strategies that drive sales, volume, and market share growth.
Key Responsibilities- Lead Natuchips team to provide local expertise and market insights to drive business growth.
- Develop and execute brand strategies that align with market and commercial unit expectations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop robust 360 commercial activations that maximize growth.
- Monitor and assess brand business performance and market trends to inform business decisions.
- Build and deliver strong analytics to support business growth and design actionable plans.
- Provide direction to category and commercial activation teams to localize the brand marketing mix on each customer/channel.
- Manage relationships with creative and media agencies to develop and execute campaigns.
- Minimum 3 years of business experience in Marketing and/or Trade Marketing positions.
- Strong analytical skills and knowledge of the consumer goods industry in Mexico.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Displays a robust set of personal values and ethics behaviors.
