Be part of our client’s team as an Analyst in Real Estate Partnerships. You'll support deal flow, conduct market research, analyze financials, prepare pro forma materials, and collaborate with multiple departments. Thrive in a dynamic environment while showcasing your quantitative and qualitative skills to drive success.


Employment Type: Indefinite term type contract
Shift: Monday to Friday | 8 AM to 5 PM EST
Work Setup: Onsite in Bogota/Medellin


Responsibilities: Crafting Exceptional Experiences

  • Support all deal flow for the company's extensive pipeline of new Placemakr branded flexible-stay properties.
  • Partner closely with key stakeholders throughout the organization to deliver high-quality, thoughtful, and timely analysis for each project.
  • Thrive in high-growth dynamic environments and adapt quickly to ensure team success.
  • Demonstrate your value as an outside-of-the-box thinker with strong quantitative and qualitative skills to leadership.
  • Own all aspects of Placemakr–branded property deal underwriting and present findings to the internal investment committee.
  • Research market information related to each property.
  • Establish a competitive set and analyze operating costs and revenue for each deal to inform underwriting assumptions.
  • Develop revenue forecasts supported by a set of residential and hospitality property comparables.
  • Research comparable properties and market data for expense data.
  • Conduct income statement analysis of company operations to align forecasts with operating standards.
  • Prepare pro forma materials for internal and partner consumption.
  • Provide support for partner-facing interactions and respond to questions from ownership.
  • Assist with the negotiation of Property Management Agreements by updating underwriting to reflect evolving deal terms.
  • Collaborate with multiple departments to analyze data to better inform future Placemakr–branded property underwriting.
  • Build new models and analyses that best convey Placemakr’s unique value proposition to prospective partners.
  • Maintain underwriting models for the pipeline of new partnership/property management opportunities.
  • Participate in ownership calls to help source new deals and manage existing relationships.
