Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role in Barranquilla for an Inbound Sales Representative. The Inbound Sales Representative will be responsible for handling inbound sales inquiries, processing orders, managing accounts, and providing exceptional customer service. Day to day tasks include interacting with customers via phone, email, and live chat, identifying their needs, and offering tailored solutions to drive sales and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Respond to inbound calls, emails, and online inquiries
    from customers looking for storage units.
  • Identify customer needs
    and recommend appropriate storage unit sizes, pricing, and promotions.
  • Convert leads into rentals
    by following up on inquiries, securing reservations, and processing payments or deposits.
  • Provide detailed information
    on facility features, access hours, security, and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate records
    of all customer interactions in the CRM or booking system.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales and conversion targets.
  • Collaborate with on-site managers
    to ensure unit availability and accurate customer information.
  • Handle basic customer service issues
    , such as billing questions or unit transfers, professionally and efficiently.
  • Stay informed
    about competitors, market trends, and new promotions to better serve customers.
