Our Columbia Office is currently seeking a highly motivated Office and HR Administrator to join our dynamic team.
Main Duties (include but not limited to):
- Handling Regional Manager requests for the provision of administrative support to the business
- Sourcing general suppliers for the admin activities in general
- Liaising with inspectors on some generic requests such as a certificate, bank details, etc.
- Interact on a regular basis with the external accountancy office to provide the info required from different sources (internal and external)
- Liaising with local Fulkrum's employees in matters relating to:
- Health insurance
- Life insurance
- Meal vouchers
- Transport vouchers
- IT features
- Travel arrangements
- Post and transport services
- Operational support for inspection
- Report to a bank where performance does not adhere to our aim or the level of service expected.
- Be the first point of contact for the office, including taking calls, emails, etc., with various stakeholders.
- Keep a fluid and constant communication with the building manager and maintenance officers.
- Support the Office and Database Administrator in specific simple tasks at IRIS, at times providing cover.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Full working knowledge of MS Office programs
- Proven ability to take on extra responsibilities in an unexpected moment
- Proven ability to manage and develop inspector and supplier relationships
- Proven ability to respond swiftly and in a positive manner to various situations
Personal Skills:
- Able to work using own initiative or as part of a team
- High degree of organisational skills and a proven ability to multi-task
- Excellent communication skills
- Willing to work in a diverse environment
- High sense of teamwork
