**Job Title**: Technology Enablement Specialist - CRM Developer/Administrator

**Department**: Enterprise Technology and Enablement

**Reports To**: Vice president of Technology and Enablement

**Location**: Remote

**Job Summary**

**Job Duties**
- In partnership with our Process Manager, design, create, test, and support our systems used in client-facing operations activity and business objectives.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, Project Managers and Business Unit colleagues to architect, build and deploy effective solutions.
- Maintain systems in accordance with end user requirements and needs.
- Learn new technologies in the company’s CRM technology stack.
- Identify process and system improvement opportunities.
- Maintain knowledge of relevant technologies, industry trends, developments, and best practices.

**Required Skills**:

- Ability to innovate creative solutions when presented with business problems and process opportunities.
- Systems and design thinking proficiency.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to work to deadlines and manage expectations.
- Self-driven life-long learner focused on advancing personal skills and abilities.
- Strong Microsoft office app skills.
- Ability to work successfully independently and in a team setting.
- Preferred experience in skill designing and building solutions in Hubspot
- Preferred experience in designing and developing integrations between systems.

**Education and Experience**
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent certifications in a relevant field
- Smartsheet or advanced Excel certification preferred

**Physical Requirements**
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to move up to 15 pounds at times.
- Must be able to participate in video conferences/meetings.
