Key Responsibilities

Team Management & Leadership

• Conduct regular meetings with staff to assist with questions, assign new tasks, and manage internal deadlines.
• Hold weekly meetings to review the previous week's work and plan for the upcoming week.
• Coordinate staff evaluations and prepare performance reports.
• Verify that all team members are completing their assigned tasks.
• Manage team schedules, including coordinating vacations and days out, and authorizing permissions for time off, tardiness, or early departures.
• Communicate all relevant changes and updates regarding USCIS forms and news to the team.
• Prepare a weekly case report.
• Provide coverage for unavailable team members by handling necessary corrections, calls, or case updates.
• Identify and implement viable solutions for case-related problems, or consult with Adrien for guidance on procedural matters.
