About the Role

We're looking for a motivated and energetic
Sales Development Representative (SDR)
to join our growing team.

You'll be the first point of contact for potential clients in the
HR Tech and SaaS space
, helping us expand our reach, build relationships, and generate qualified opportunities for our sales team.

What You'll Do


•    Identify, research, and engage potential clients in HR Tech and SaaS industries.


•    Reach out via email, LinkedIn, and cold calling to set up meetings for the Sales Executives.


•    Qualify leads based on company size, needs, and decision-maker fit.


•    Manage and update leads in the CRM to ensure accuracy and follow-up.


•    Collaborate with Marketing to align on campaigns and messaging.


•    Meet and exceed weekly and monthly targets for outreach, meetings, and qualified opportunities.

What We're Looking For

1–2 years of experience as an SDR, BDR, or similar role (preferably in HR Tech, SaaS, or B2B sales).

Strong communication and relationship-building skills (English required).

Experience with CRM tools (Go High Level, HubSpot, Pipedrive, or similar).

Self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Curiosity and hunger to learn about technology, business, and growth.
