The Role
We're hiring a
Sales Development Representative (SDR)
to fuel our outbound growth. You'll be the first line of contact for new prospects — building lists, making calls, and driving conversations that lead to demos and conversions.
This is not a passive role. We're looking for someone who's
hungry, gritty, and obsessed with winning
. You'll work directly with our founders to generate qualified leads and own the top of the funnel.
Responsibilities
- Build highly targeted lead lists using tools like Apollo, LinkedIn, and data enrichment platforms
- Make
200–300 cold calls daily
to real estate brokerages, media companies, and associations - Execute and manage
cold email sequences
across multiple domains and inboxes - Follow up on inbound leads and convert interest into scheduled demos
- Track and optimize outreach activity within HubSpot CRM
- Experiment with messaging, cadence, and targeting to maximize conversion rates
Requirements
- 1–3 years of outbound sales or appointment setting experience (preferably in SaaS or agency environments)
- Exceptional English —
neutral or minimal accent required - Confident cold caller; comfortable with high-volume outreach
- Organized, process-driven, and data-focused
- Driven by results, not hours; you thrive on competition and measurable performance
