Logistic Sales Agent


Horario:
Lunes a domingo, de 4:00 PM a 12:00 AM (Hora Central)

Buscamos un
Agente de Ventas Logísticas
con mentalidad competitiva, enfoque en resultados y habilidades excepcionales de comunicación en inglés.

Este es un
rol 100% comercial
: sin logística, sin servicio al cliente. Tu misión será convertir clientes potenciales entrantes y salientes en reservas confirmadas de transporte de vehículos.


Responsabilidades:

  • Responder de inmediato a leads entrantes por teléfono, correo electrónico o SMS.
  • Realizar llamadas salientes para dar seguimiento y cerrar ventas.
  • Utilizar guiones de ventas estructurados para guiar conversaciones y cerrar tratos.
  • Construir relaciones con clientes mediante técnicas de espejo, descubrimiento de necesidades y soluciones personalizadas.
  • Presentar precios todo incluido y explicar claramente el proceso de reserva.
  • Manejar objeciones con técnicas de venta basadas en valor.
  • Registrar notas detalladas y cronogramas de seguimiento en el CRM (ProABD).
  • Cumplir o superar metas de ventas diarias, semanales y mensuales.
  • Utilizar herramientas como Price Bot y Central Dispatch para cotizaciones y reservas.
  • Seguir procedimientos de autorización de pagos y cumplimiento.
  • Mantener una presencia profesional en línea (LinkedIn, etc.) para fomentar negocios recurrentes.


Requisitos:

  • Mínimo 1 año de experiencia en ventas inbound y outbound.
  • Inglés avanzado (B2+ requerido, ideal entre 9.0 y 10.0).
  • Capacidad comprobada para cerrar tratos y alcanzar metas agresivas.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita.
  • Habilidad para escribir rápido y realizar múltiples tareas en entornos de alto volumen.
  • Familiaridad con sistemas CRM (preferiblemente ProABD).
  • Atención al detalle y precisión en documentación.
  • Personalidad automotivada, competitiva y orientada a resultados.
  • Comodidad para trabajar bajo presión y en estructura basada en comisiones.
  • Nivel educativo mínimo: secundaria.
