Bilingual Customer Service Agent- Barranquilla on Site

We are looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Agent (English level B2 to C1) to join our team at Soft-G.Net.
In this role, you will be the main link between our customers and the company, ensuring an outstanding customer experience with every interaction.
We're seeking someone with strong customer service experience, great communication skills, teamwork, and a results-driven mindset.
Your responsibilities will include handling inbound calls, resolving customer inquiries and requests in a professional, empathetic, and efficient manner, while maintaining high-quality service standards.
Key Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in bilingual environments.
- Intermediate–advanced English level (B2–C1).
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Goal-oriented and focused on achieving quality metrics.
Additional Benefits:
- Monthly salary: $3,300,000 COP.
- Hiring bonus: $1,500,000 COP for joining our team.
