We're expanding our team at Soft-G.Net and are looking for a talented Bilingual Customer Service Agent to deliver an outstanding customer experience across every interaction.

As part of our Customer Service department, you'll be responsible for managing calls, addressing customer questions, and providing timely, effective, and empathetic solutions. You'll represent our company's professional image and commitment to quality.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound calls and provide clear, accurate information to customers.
  • Assist with inquiries and issues efficiently and courteously.
  • Maintain excellent communication and follow company procedures.
  • Contribute to team goals and uphold service quality standards.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in customer service (BPO or bilingual environment preferred).
  • English proficiency level between B2 and C1.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet performance goals.

 Benefits:

  • Monthly salary:  3,300,000 COP
  • Hiring Bonus: $1,500,000 COP when you join our team.
