About the Role
We're looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) with excellent communication skills and a passion for helping others. In this role, you'll handle inbound calls and emails, providing support and resolving inquiries related to purchases and products. Your goal will be to ensure a positive customer experience in every interaction.
Location: Carrera 53 # , Barranquilla, Atlántico, Colombia
Work Mode: On-site
Schedule: Monday to Sunday, availability from 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM (2 non-consecutive days off)
Hours: 40 hours/week
Compensation: Competitive salary + benefits
Key Responsibilities- Professionally handle inbound calls and emails
- Provide accurate support and resolve customer inquiries
- Maintain detailed records and follow up on open cases
- Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication
- Collaborate with the team to meet service goals
- 1+ year of experience in customer service
- English proficiency
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and adapt to changing scenarios
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- PCI-compliant environment: Use of mobile phones during shifts is not allowed
