We are seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) who will be responsible for providing excellent customer service via emails and calls in Spanish and English. The ideal candidate will have customer service experience and exceptional communication skills.
Responsibilities: Manage emails and phone calls efficiently and professionally. Provide assistance and resolve customer inquiries regarding their purchases and products. Ensure a positive customer experience in all interactions. Maintain accurate records of conversations and appropriate follow-up on cases. Work closely with the team to maintain a high level of service and meet goals.
Requirements: C1 English level. At least 6 months of experience in customer service (CSR). Exceptional communication and customer service skills. Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to different situations efficiently. Proactive attitude and ability to solve problems independently.
Schedule: Availability: Monday to Sunday: 7:00 am - 11:00 pm - 2 days off, not necessarily consecutive. 15 minutes dedicated exclusively to email management per day. 40 hours per week.
Location: Celer, Barranquilla, Colombia
