¿Qué necesitas para aplicar?
Mínimo de 6 meses de experiencia previa en servicio al cliente.
Nivel de inglés B2 o superior.
Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita.
Habilidad para solucionar problemas y manejar situaciones difíciles con paciencia y empatía.
Capacidad para trabajar en equipo y en un ambiente dinámico.
Ubicación y Horario:
Ubicación: Barranquilla o Medellín.
Horario: Turnos rotativos de 9:00 a.m. a 1:00 a.m. (madrugada).
