Customer Service Expert

  • Has a 80% and up English level.
  • Enjoys helping others and solving situations with a positive attitude.

What We're Looking For

· Language Level: [B2 Level 80% fluency]

· Education and Work Experience Requirement: [Experience in Customer Service and/or Sales is a Plus]

· Skills & Qualities: [proactive, responsible, empathic, and a good listener]

· Passion: For providing exceptional, problem-solving customer service.

· No previous experience required.

Training:

Monday to Thursday 08:00am to 05:30pm | Friday 08:00am to 5:00pm

Operations:

7:00 AM a 5:30 PM

7:30 AM a 6:00 PM

8:00 AM a 6:30 PM

8:00 AM a 7:00 PM

8:30 AM a 7:00 PM

WEEKEND OFF
