We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager & Content Creator to join our team in Medellín. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about social media, content creation, and brand growth. You will be responsible for enhancing the online presence of multiple brands, including Search Atlas Sanctuary, and fostering engagement across social platforms.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager & Content Creator to join our team in Medellín. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about social media, content creation, and brand growth. You will be responsible for enhancing the online presence of multiple brands, including Search Atlas Sanctuary, and fostering engagement across social platforms.

What your routine looks like:

• Develop and implement social media strategies to grow and engage followers for our family of companies.
• Create high-quality, engaging, and creative content that resonates with our audience on various social media platforms.
• Manage and maintain social media accounts, providing consistent and authentic communication with our followers.
• Track and analyze performance metrics to optimize social media strategies and report on results.
• Collaborate with team members to align social media content with overall brand messaging and goals.
• Stay up-to-date with current social media trends, tools, and best practices.

What you bring:

• Proven experience in social media management and content creation.
• High energy and creativity with the ability to generate fresh ideas consistently.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and TikTok.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with the brands and personalities associated with Search Atlas Sanctuary is a plus.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: $13 an hour or based on your experience
• Benefits: 15 Days Paid Time Off + Christmas Day + New Year's Day Paid Off
