We are looking for a creative team member who can handle
social media graphic design
,
basic video editing
, and
WordPress website setup & content management
.

Advanced programming knowledge is not required. We need someone who is
design-oriented
, experienced with
WordPress themes and plugins
, and has
basic HTML & CSS skills
. The ideal candidate should be able to switch between tasks efficiently—such as completing social media designs and then continuing with WordPress tasks when needed.

Responsibilities

  • Create visual content for social media platforms
  • Edit short-form videos (Reels, Shorts, etc.)
  • Install and manage WordPress themes, build and design pages
  • Work efficiently with plugins and adapt quickly to new themes
  • Add content, organize pages, and optimize media assets
  • Apply basic HTML & CSS improvements when required

Requirements

  • Strong proficiency in WordPress usage
  • Basic HTML & CSS knowledge
  • Ability to work with Adobe design software (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
  • Basic experience with video editing tools (CapCut / Premiere Rush, etc.)
  • Creative, organized, and good at time management
  • Responsible, fast learner, and open to feedback

Working Conditions

  • Full-time position
  • On-site attendance required 3 days a week
  • Office: Monday – Tuesday – Thursday
  • Remote work: Wednesday – Friday
  • Monthly salary: 5,500,000 COP
  • Performance-based salary increase available
