As a Creative Copywriter at Social Imprint, youll craft the words that bring our clients brands to life online. Youll write scroll-stopping captions, engaging hooks for Reels, and content that connects all tailored to top-performing real estate professionals. Your mission is to make every post feel personal, on-brand, and designed to grab attention without ever feeling forced.
Youll work closely with the Social Media Strategist, graphic designer, and video team to ensure each piece of content reflects the clients brand voice and vision. While you wont handle client communication directly, your work will play a key role in how agents show up and stand out on social media.
WHAT YOULL DO- Write high-performing Instagram captions, Reels hooks, and short-form scripts that align with strategy and brand tone.
- Collaborate with Strategists, designers, and video editors to bring content ideas and scripts to life.
- Contribute to research discussions by understanding audience intent, client goals, and creative direction to ensure your writing supports the broader strategy.
- Ensure all copy is on-brand, aligned with each clients voice, and consistent across content.
- Translate creative direction into engaging storytelling that connects with real estate audiences.
- Review analytics and feedback from Strategists to refine messaging and improve engagement.
- Stay current on social media trends, hooks, storytelling frameworks, and best practices for short-form content.
- Deliver all copy assets through Google Drive in a clear, organized format.

YOU UNDERSTAND SOCIAL MEDIA
You know how social platforms work how people scroll, engage, and respond. You understand the difference between writing for a feed versus writing for a billboard.
YOU GET REAL ESTATE
You either know the industry or can quickly learn the lingo, tone, and mindset of top-performing agents. You understand how to make their content sound like them not every other agent online.
YOU THINK STRATEGICALLY
You write with purpose, using SEO awareness, data, and creative intuition to craft copy that performs and feels authentic.
YOU COLLABORATE WELL
You work smoothly with creative teams, giving and taking feedback with ease, always focused on the end goal: high-quality, on-brand content.
YOU USE AI SMARTLY
Must know how to use AI tools like ChatGPT as part of your creative process, not as a crutch. You use AI to speed up ideas and drafts, but you know how to refine, rewrite, and make it sound human and on-brand for each client.
