Position Summary

We are looking for a Sourcing Recruiter to centralize and execute all candidate sourcing activities. This critical role involves the daily coordination of sourcing efforts and requires close partnership with both recruiters and hiring managers. 

Responsibilities:Co-develops and implements an effective sourcing strategyWorks together with the recruitment team to define candidate profilesSources suitable candidates through various sourcing channelsDrafts and sends out recruiting emails to potential candidatesProficient in leveraging diverse sourcing tools and technologyReaches out to different types of candidates and engages with them, promoting our Employer Brand Able to build and maintain a talent pool that can meet the company's future hiring needsKeeps track of pre-defined sourcing metrics and reports on themKeeps track of candidate documentation, and will be responsible for maintaining employee records updatedFollows up on employee referralsManage the recruitment process for Interns.Supports recruitment interviews during on-site hiring eventsQualifications:Advanced English proficiency1+ year experience with recruiting responsibilities or in a recruiting/sourcing role within the BPO industryMust be able to meet multiple individual and team deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment with changing prioritiesExcellent communication (written & verbal), and interpersonal skillsAbility to exercise effective judgment, confidentiality, sensitivity, and creativity to changing needs and situations.Ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships in the course of work.Proficient in the use of various candidate sources and recruiting systemsTeam-oriented and willing to contribute to the overall workflow of the departmentExtremely organized, detail-oriented, and a self-starter
