Role Description

This is a
full-time hybrid role for a Technical Recruiter based in Bogotá, D.C.
, with the option for some remote work. The Technical Recruiter will oversee the full lifecycle of recruitment, from sourcing and screening candidates to managing the interview process and extending offers. The role requires building strong relationships with hiring managers, understanding technical roles and requirements, and identifying top talent to meet organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, Technical Recruiting, and Recruiting
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for candidate and stakeholder interactions
  • Proven ability to manage hiring processes effectively and develop recruitment strategies
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment, balancing onsite and remote responsibilities
  • Knowledge of the technology industry and technical roles is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
