Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Technical Recruiter to join our team. Whether you are an experienced recruiter or a recent graduate eager to build a career in talent acquisition, this role offers an exciting opportunity to grow in a supportive, fast-paced environment. Fluency in English is essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and attract top technical talent using various sourcing methods (job boards, social media, networking, referrals).
  • Maintain and grow a robust pipeline of qualified candidates.
  • Conduct initial screenings to assess candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Build strong relationships with candidates and ensure a positive experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Partner with hiring managers and clients to understand recruitment needs and develop effective hiring strategies.
  • Provide timely updates and insights on candidate pipelines and market trends.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, gathering feedback, and supporting offer negotiations.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and recruitment best practices.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and emerging technologies to better support clients and candidates.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Previous experience in recruitment or talent acquisition is a plus, but not required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools is a plus.
  • Fluent English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
