Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Technical Recruiter to join our team. Whether you are an experienced recruiter or a recent graduate eager to build a career in talent acquisition, this role offers an exciting opportunity to grow in a supportive, fast-paced environment. Fluency in English is essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and attract top technical talent using various sourcing methods (job boards, social media, networking, referrals).
- Maintain and grow a robust pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Conduct initial screenings to assess candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Build strong relationships with candidates and ensure a positive experience throughout the hiring process.
- Partner with hiring managers and clients to understand recruitment needs and develop effective hiring strategies.
- Provide timely updates and insights on candidate pipelines and market trends.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, gathering feedback, and supporting offer negotiations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and recruitment best practices.
- Stay informed on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and emerging technologies to better support clients and candidates.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- Previous experience in recruitment or talent acquisition is a plus, but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools is a plus.
- Fluent English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
