Job Title: Recruiter (Remote – LATAM)
Location: Remote from Latin America (ideally Colombia)
Work Type: Full-Time | Remote
At Nearshore Business Solutions, we help US companies build remote teams across Latin America. We're a lean, fast-moving startup working with clients across tech, finance, and professional services.
Role OverviewWe're hiring a Recruiter to support our growing pipeline. On a daily basis, you'll be sourcing and interviewing candidates to build and maintain our talent pool. You'll work directly with the founder and senior recruiters, taking ownership early and growing with us in a fast-paced environment.
ResponsibilitiesSource and screen candidates for roles across tech, sales, and operationsConduct initial candidate interviews in Spanish and EnglishManage scheduling, communication, and interview coordinationSupport headhunting and outreach via LinkedIn and other platformsKeep candidate pipelines organized in our ATSCommunicate with internal and external stakeholdersQualifications
2–3 years of experience in a recruitment agency or RPO environmentFluent in Portugese and English Skilled in LinkedIn sourcing, Boolean search, and outreachStrong communication and organizational skillsComfortable in a startup or remote-first environmentSelf-driven with the ability to manage time and priorities independentlyCompensation & Perks
