We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Recruiter to join our team. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates to fill open positions within the company. This role involves developing and implementing effective recruiting strategies, building strong relationships with hiring managers, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent.
  • Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
  • Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
  • Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs.
  • Provide timely and effective communication to candidates and hiring managers.
  • Extend job offers and negotiate compensation packages.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment
  • Assist with onboarding new hires.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in recruitment.
  • Proven track record of successfully filling open positions.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and sourcing strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruiting tools.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
