Mandatory skill:


• Excellent English skills – both verbal and written


• Outstanding communication and presentation skills



Customer support experience should not be on emails and phones


• Customer support should be on actual IT systems , preferably some type of order management on ERPs (SAP or Oracle)


• Support Specialist providing technical assistance and troubleshooting for tools and business processes


• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to quickly diagnose and resolve software , process, and data issues


• Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders



Used any incident management tool like Service Now for providing support

Good to have skills

• Awareness of partner B2B communication processes


• Supported global customers


• Understanding for supply chain and/or logistics

Need to work from Bogota Office - 2 Days a week--

Work time : 10:30 am till 7:30 pm Bogota time(can be changed later)--

Resources can be asked to work on weekends or Colombia holidays .They will be given compensatory off for that—

o Commercial invoice does not have the correct amount

o There are multiple alerts and orders are erroring out

o Submit button in ordering application is disabled

o Ordering application has errors

o I am not able to order as items are not available in inventory

o I want to disable ordering options for some product

o Orders are wrongly created by the system

o Order information received from partner is not correct.
