Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Digital Marketing Specialist located in Bogotá D.C. We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize our online presence across SEO, website performance, analytics, and email marketing. This role will be responsible for driving organic growth, maintaining our websites, creating and executing email campaigns, and tracking key KPIs using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and Tag Manager. The ideal candidate is analytical, creative, and experienced with WordPress, email marketing platforms, and digital strategy.

Key Responsabilities

SEO & Web Performance

• Develop and execute SEO strategies (on-page, off-page, technical).
• Perform keyword research, competitive analysis, and content optimization.
• Improve indexing, crawling, site structure, and page performance.
• Optimize landing pages for both search visibility and conversion effectiveness.

Website Management

• Manage and update company websites built on
  WordPress
  (required); experience with
  Expresia
  is a plus.
• Publish content, update layouts, and implement UX improvements.
• Coordinate with design and development teams to implement new site features.
• Ensure all websites meet branding, accessibility, and performance standards.

Email Marketing Campaigns

• Plan, build, and execute
  email marketing campaigns,
  newsletters, automated sequences, product/service announcements, and lead-nurture flows.
• Segment lists and create personalized automations to increase engagement.
• Manage email platforms such as
  Instantly, HubSpot,
  or similar.
• Write or collaborate on strong email copy and layouts aligned with brand voice.
• Improve email deliverability, open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
• Track analytics and performance KPIs, producing regular reports.

Analytics & Tag Management

• Set up, maintain, and optimize
  Google Analytics (GA4)
  ,
  Google Search Console
  , and
  Google Tag Manager
  .
• Build dashboards, track goals, and monitor user behavior across channels.
• Interpret data to recommend improvements for SEO, email, and web funnels.
• Provide weekly/monthly KPI reports.

Digital Campaign Support

• Support paid campaigns, retargeting, and content strategy when needed.
• Conduct A/B testing on landing pages, emails, and digital assets.
• Collaborate with content, design, and leadership teams for cohesive campaigns.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3+ years experience in digital marketing with hands-on responsibility for
  email marketing
  ,
  SEO, and analytics.
• Strong proficiency with
  WordPress
  ; familiarity with

  is preferred.
• Expertise in

  ,
  Tag Manager
  , and SEO tools.
• Proficiency with

• Basic HTML/CSS knowledge (for email and SEO optimizations).
• Strong analytical mindset; ability to turn data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills.
• B2+ English Level.
