**Supple Homes** is a boutique custom homebuilder based in Menlo Park, CA, with a 20-year legacy of delivering multi-million-dollar homes throughout the Silicon Valley. We specialize in large-scale, architect-driven residential projects averaging $5M to $6M, serving discerning clients including tech executives from Apple, Google, and Meta. As our **Digital Marketing Specialist**, you'll work closely with our Marketing Coordinator and leadership to drive lead generation efforts across digital channels. You'll manage and optimize social media engagement (especially targeting architects), run paid ad campaigns, vet and track incoming leads, and continuously refine strategies to attract the right clients to our brand.

**Responsibilities**
- Strategically manage social media platforms, including Instagram and Facebook, with a focus on connecting with local architects and design professionals
- Run and optimize paid ad campaigns on Google, Facebook, and other platforms
- Engage with prospects through likes, follows, comments, and messages to build relationships and brand awareness
- Track, vet, and qualify inbound leads from online marketing channels
- Monitor campaign performance and suggest continuous improvements based on analytics
- Collaborate with internal team members to align marketing strategy with company goals and messaging
- Report on KPIs and performance metrics related to lead generation and campaign ROI

**Qualifications**
- 3 or more years of experience in digital marketing, with hands-on expertise in social media strategy and PPC advertising
- Strong track record of lead generation success, ideally in high-end consumer, real estate, or construction-related markets
- Familiarity with targeting professional audiences (e.g., architects or design firms)
- Proficient in digital tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and marketing CRMs
- Strong written communication skills with a persuasive and professional tone
- Highly organized and self-directed, with the ability to work independently and manage deadlines
- Fluent in English and comfortable working remotely with a U.S.based team

- Competitive hourly pay at $8 to $10 per hour, based on experience and qualifications
