Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role located in the Bogotá D.C. Metropolitan Area, with the option for some remote work. As a Marketing Content Specialist, you will create and manage high-impact content to drive brand engagement and lead generation. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing content strategies, writing and editing marketing materials, collaborating with design teams for visual content, managing social media campaigns, and analyzing content performance to optimize future strategies. This role requires excellent collaboration and organizational skills to align content initiatives with marketing goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Content Writing, Copywriting, and Creative Writing
  • Proficiency in Content Strategy, Digital Marketing, and Social Media Management
  • Experience with Content Editing, Proofreading, and SEO Optimization
  • Familiarity with Marketing Automation platforms, Analytics Tools, and Campaign Management
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Experience with Atlassian products or in the technology sector is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field
