Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). The CHRO will lead the development and implementation of HR strategies aligned with the company's vision. Daily responsibilities will include overseeing HR policies, managing talent acquisition and management strategies, fostering employee relations, and shaping performance management frameworks. The CHRO will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with employment laws and fostering a positive workplace culture that supports growth and innovation.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Human Resources (HR) practices, including strategic workforce planning and organizational development
- Advanced knowledge of HR Policies and employment law requirements
- Strong skills in Employee Relations, including conflict resolution and maintaining workplace harmony
- Experience in Talent Management, including recruitment, onboarding, leadership development, and succession planning
- Proficiency in Performance Management frameworks and tools to drive individual and team effectiveness
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related fields
- Experience in HR technology or tech-enabled organizations is a plus
- Excellent communication and decision-making abilities
- Spanish fluency
- must have 10+ years of experience in managing Human capital and building onshore and offshore Teams above 200 employees
- must be able to travel across LATAM
what we offer:
$720k compensation+ travel (as required)
complete remote and need to travel base location as and when required.
Paid 48 days off with 7 hours 4 days working.
