CHIEF DATA OFFICER

Cardif Colombia Genreral Insurance, a pioneer in Bancassurance in Colombia with a focus on innovation and growth, is seeking a CDO for its team within the VP of Operations and Technology, responsible for establishing Data Governance.

General objective of the position:

Strategically manage the Company's analytics models, ensuring minimum quality standards and creating added value through them by leading the specialized information and data management team. Manage, plan, and implement the comprehensive data strategy from the perspectives of Data Governance, data exploitation, and the evolution of existing models.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Execute strategic or tactical projects related to data governance and management within the company.

  • Lead and mature Data Governance, according to the data governance model defined by the headquarters and aligned with business and operational needs.

  • Resolve incidents, problems, and events related to data architecture and data delivery at the company level as well as with partners and clients.

Professional Profile:

  1. Professional in engineering or exact sciences.

  2. Have knowledge in data engineering, machine learning, artificial intelligence, business intelligence, and data warehouses.

  3. Have experience in the insurance sector, implementing projects with Banks and Retailers.4. Have a minimum of 6 years of experience in similar positions.

  4. Act as the company's data officer.
