experienced HR Analyst / HR Generalist
to join our team in
Bogota
under a
hybrid work model
, within an international and diverse environment.

¿What would be your mission within this role?
As a
HR Analyst / HR Generalist
, your mission will be to execute and follow up on the different People & Culture (P&C) processes, supporting the entire employee lifecycle — from
recruitment and onboarding
to
personnel administration, development, well-being, and offboarding
. You will also contribute to ensuring compliance with the Health and Safety Management System, fostering a positive and engaging work environment, and organizing corporate events that strengthen our culture and employee experience.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide support to the Colombia branch and the Mexico unit.
• Execute recruitment processes, including sourcing and conducting interviews.
• Implement the onboarding process to ensure employees' adaptation to the company and their roles.
• Ensure knowledge, compliance, and updates of company procedures, policies, and the Internal Work Regulations.
• Conduct People & Culture inductions.
• Send adaptation evaluations and follow up on the completion of probationary periods.
• Manage the development and implementation of the training plan, ensuring compliance and promoting the use of the Udemy platform.
• Oversee the annual performance evaluation process, ensuring proper feedback is provided and action plans are established when necessary.
• Update the Masterfile and the Budget vs. Actuals report monthly to monitor P&C management indicators.
• Submit monthly payroll updates to the Finance area, including the classification of overtime hours.
• Keep the company's organizational charts up to date.
• Execute and manage employee engagement and leadership surveys, prepare reports, and ensure follow-up action plans are developed.
• Manage the Human Talent platform provider: BUK.
• Carry out disciplinary processes from preliminary investigation to closure.
• Develop and maintain HR indicators.
• Execute assigned offboarding processes.
• Support wellbeing, events, and team-building activities
• Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor related to the role and profession within the organization.

If you want this position to be yours, we would like you to have the following:

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields.
• +1 years of previous and proven experience
  as an
  HR Analyst / HR Generalis
  with experience within Human Resources processes such as payroll, recruitment, onboarding, training, development, wellbeing, and Health and Safety (SST).
• Good written, reading and spoken english to communicate with our global team.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Results-oriented
• Problem-solving mindset
• Ability to work and collaborate with different teams
• Proactive and self-taught learner of cloud services to keep updated with new features.
